RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
At Aravya Herbals, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help with an easy return and refund process.
1. RETURN / REPLACEMENT REQUEST PROCESS
If you face any issue with your order, follow these steps:
Step 1:
Raise a return or replacement request:
- Within 7 days of delivery (for wrong or expired products)
- Within 48 hours of delivery (for damaged or missing items)

Step 2:
Our team will review your request within 2 working days.
Step 3:
If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner.
Step 4:
If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may need to self-ship the product.
Courier charges will be reimbursed via UPI / wallet / bank transfer.
Step 5:
Once we receive the product, it will go through a quality check.
Based on availability, we will process a replacement or refund.
2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS / REPLACEMENTS
You can request a return or replacement if:
- You received the wrong product
- The product is expired
- The item is damaged or tampered
- Your order is incomplete or missing items
3. NON-ELIGIBLE CASES
Returns or replacements will not be accepted if:
- The product has been used, opened, or altered
- Original packaging is missing (labels, boxes, etc.)
- Request is raised after 7 days of delivery
- Damage or missing item is reported after 48 hours
4. RETURN PROCESSING TIME
- Reverse pickup is usually completed within 5–7 business days
- After inspection, refund/replacement is initiated accordingly
5. ORDER CANCELLATION
- Orders can be canceled before they are shipped
- You can cancel directly from your account (if option available)
Note:
Aravya Herbals reserves the right to cancel any order in case of stock issues, pricing errors, or verification concerns.
6. REFUND DETAILS
For Prepaid Orders:
Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
For COD Orders:
Refund will be issued via bank transfer, for which bank details will be required
7. REFUND TIMELINE
- Cancelled orders: within 7 business days
- Returned products: within 10–14 business days after quality check
8. PARTIAL RETURNS
You can return individual items from an order if they meet the return criteria.
