We offer free shipping on orders above ₹399 across India.


Order Processing

  • Orders are generally processed within 2–3 business days after confirmation, subject to product availability.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Most orders are delivered within 5–15 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 

Shipping Charges

International shipping charges are calculated based on the destination country and package weight. Final charges will be displayed during checkout.


Delivery Timeline

International orders may take approximately 15–30 business days to be delivered, depending on customs clearance and destination country regulations.


Custom Duties & Taxes

Customers are responsible for any:

  • Import duties
  • Customs charges
  • Local taxes or handling fees

These charges are determined by the destination country and must be paid directly by the customer, if applicable.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.

If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team.

IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, please notify us within 24 hours.
  • After 48 hours, courier partners may not accept delivery disputes or Proof of Delivery (POD) requests.

DELAYS & FAILED DELIVERIES

Delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Natural calamities
  • Public holidays or lockdowns
  • Courier service disruptions
  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

If an order is returned because of:

  • Incorrect address
  • Unreachable phone number
  • Refused delivery
  • Multiple failed delivery attempts

then re-shipping charges may apply.

In case of refunds for returned shipments, original shipping charges (if any) may be deducted from the refund amount.
